Founder, Cyber Relief
As the founder of Cyber Relief, Advocate Yogayata Jhunjhunwala strives to build a safe, inclusive, and informed digital environment that protects the privacy and security of individuals and organisations. Her commitment to this mission began in 2020, when she was approached by a client who had fallen victim to online blackmail. The misuse of morphed images, the public circulation of private messages, and the sustained intimidation created a distressing situation that ultimately cost him his life. This experience impressed upon her the urgent need for accessible support systems capable of addressing cybercrimes—whether economic, social, or bodily—with clarity and timely action.
Yogyata Jhunjhunwala holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi; and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Economics, and Sociology from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. Over the course of her legal career, she has worked with reputed law firms, where she planned and executed comprehensive legal strategies and argued miscellaneous applications before District Courts and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
Her professional journey includes securing a landmark judgment in the Supreme Court of India on medical termination of pregnancy. Guided by her commitment to accessible and effective legal solutions, she went on to establish her own firm, Little Ridge.
